That's just asking for a problem, the EPA is already fucking up the aftermarket automotive industry and doing a damn good job at it. That being said it sounds like you need a adblue pump in the tank. Also note anytime the adblue is refilled or 1.5 gallons is added the adaption values for the tank need to be reset.
