TMobile carries a number of affordable phones, including models from its own in-house Revvl brand. While previous Revvl models have failed to impress, the new Revvl 5G is an unexpected winner. For Thestated goal is to find a buyer but I would think the best pieces will be spun off separately. I'd imagine the major brands like Revell will find buyers. Maybe Round2 could acquire Revell although I don't have any idea of their financial position. It seems likely that Revell Germany will become an independent entity again, if it survives.
127 Gender:Male. Location:Mudgee, NSW, Australia. Interests:maker of 1/144 planes. Posted February 17, 2010. Has anyone any experience Revell's "Aqua color" Acrylic paints? They are fairly new and come in a square flip-top plastic container. I have heard they are VERY accurate for WW2 RLM Luftwaffe colours.
Imdoing a Fokker dr.1 'Red Baron' right now from Revell. I find the kit quite horrible, but its a really cool model. I am making the 1986 kit, the newer one is quite good. Never seen a kit as bad as on these photos. Kudos to you for making the best of it, nice job. Icant imagine that Revell will stop the production, model kits are still a important leg of that company, perhaps a stop of production in Germany because the high salary level in Germany, and go into a cheap level country, but a totally stop i cant imagine, The Panther is a good example: it's a piece of old junk and much better renditions Revellpaint works well becuase it can be scrubbed on and it just levels itself out and youโ€™re good to go. But I think that just about any paint can be used to get good results if you put in the work to learn how to use it. Some are easier (Revell) than others (Vallejo Model Color). But your methods should grow up out of your tools and
Ifyou are referring to the 1969 tooling then yes it is a significantly improved kit. If you are referring to the RF-4E kit first released by Revell Germany in 1994 then no it's not significantly improved since the Revell RF-4E/C and F-4E/F/G all use the same rear fuselage and center wing sections as well as most of the little parts.
Whats your take on revell models. As with ALL kit makers, Revell has offered excellent, good and challenging kits over the decades. They've also combined with Monogram and have had separate divisions in Germany & the US. You can find very good Revell kits in production today from new tools but you can also get very challenging kits still in
Thebible on the subject, Thomas Graham's Remembering Revell Model Kits, tells the story this way. The Golden Hind first appeared in 1965, with the kit number H-324. It was reissued under the same name in 1972, then as a "Spanish Galleon" in 1974 and 1978. I share Millard's and Jake's enthusiasm for the good ol' Revell Constitution. It's
Superglue (aka CA short for cyanoacrylate) will stick parts together but polystyrene cement welds the parts together. CA works best if the parts are NOT both polystyrene plastic (like plastic+resin, plastic+metal, or plastic+wood). PVA (aka white glue or school glue) works best with clear bits as it wonโ€™t fog and cleans w water.

UKguyInUSA Since completing my Monogram Pro-Modeler 1/48 scale Heinkel He 111H-22 and enjoying every minute of the build, along with the end result, I wanted to do another German Bomber, either the Ju 88 or the Do17. Very kindly, one of my YouTube viewers sent me this kit- the Revell Pro-Modeler 1/32 Junkers Ju 88A-1
