To change the input, check your TV remote (not the one that comes with your Fire TV Stick, Roku, or Apple TV) and look for the 'Input' button (usually denoted by a box with an arrow). Switch to the correct HDMI input, and the signal problem should be resolved. If this doesn't work, the next step is making sure the HDMI port is working properly.
Find out more. Ensure BT Smart Setup is disabled. I'd recommend splitting your SSIDs into 2.4GHz and 5GHz as the sky box will only connect to the former. It's possible the BT router is also steering to 5GHz which will cause disconnects. (Splitting SSIDs should prevent this unless there is a steering option)
If your wifi isn’t strong enough to maintain a connection with your smart TV, then it may disconnect from it altogether. You might notice this more if you’re streaming in 4k quality, as this uses more bandwidth to stream than streaming in 1080p. Solution: Check your wifi speed online to see whether it’s fast enough.
